I am not accepting insurance, however patients can get a super bill with the diagnosis codes and procedure codes and submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

• For New patient visits I will bill a 99204
• Follow up visits (30 minutes) are billed as a 99213
• Extended follow up visits (45 minutes) are billed as 99214

The diagnosis codes I use are the somatic dysfunction codes.

• M99.00, M99.01, M99.02, M99.03, M99.04, M99.05, M99.06, M99.07, M99.08, M99.09
• I use other ICD-10 codes but the somatic dysfunction codes are the main ones I use when I do manual treatments.
